Please note the Festival provisionally dated for Nov 2013 has been moved to Feb 2014 for logistical reasons beyond our control. Kinofilm would now like to announce the dates of the relaunch of the KINOFILM Manchester International Short Film Festival will be 26th Feb – 2nd March 2014.
